"I took a day off work to drive from Auckland to look at cars at Car Connexions in Tauranga because they seemed to have a good number of quality Subaru Lancasters at a good price.

Of course the proof of how good the service is comes if you have a problem.
We had 2 small problems - a CV boot was split (and not picked up in the AA report), and there was a minor problem with the air con - a tube that samples air had come off. These problems were taken to Car Connexions separately, the air con problem right at the end of the warranty period.
There were no problems getting the repairs done under warranty, even though we were in Auckland. The repairs were done in Auckland.
So that is our experience. I love my new car, and have no hesitation in recommending Car Connexions to anybody."
